We only collect what you choose to send us, we keep it lean, and we never sell it. This is the plain version.

The data controller is Flowen AI OÜ, an Estonian company, registry code 14978577, registered at Kuu tn 16a-2, 50114 Tartu, Estonia. For anything on this page, write to hello@flowen.studio.
When you use the contact form or ask for preview access, we collect what you type into it: your name, your email, your company if you add it, and the note you write. That is all. We do not ask for anything else, and there is no account to create.
We do not run advertising trackers. For visitor numbers we use Plausible, a privacy-first analytics tool that counts pages without cookies and without storing anything that identifies you.
We use what you send for one thing: to read it, reply to you, and carry on the conversation about the work. If you asked for access, we use it to decide who to let through and to reach back out.
Our legal basis is your consent when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in responding to people who reach out to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your submission is stored in our own database, on infrastructure we run inside the EU. Submitting also drops a short internal note in our team's private Slack so a human sees it quickly.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not hand it to third parties for their own marketing. The only processors that touch it are the tools that run this site and our internal notifications. We share data with authorities only where the law requires it.
If the site is in private preview and you enter the access code, we set one cookie so you do not have to enter it again on every page. It holds no personal data and does no tracking. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
We keep what you send for as long as it is relevant to our conversation or to a working relationship. When it is no longer needed, or when you ask us to remove it, we delete it.
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, receive a copy, or object to our using it. To do any of these, email hello@flowen.studio and we will handle it.
If you think we have got it wrong, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, at aki.ee.
If this notice changes, we update the date at the top. The current version is the one you are reading.
